Nested Affliction? Alternately, Leveled Forgettable Face?
 

Preamble: I want to build a magicky super PC who can cause an NPC to be forgotten by everyone in the NPC’s presence. i.e. the NPC can show up at a friend’s house but the friend will deny knowing the NPC. I’ll be afflicting Zeroed and Forgettable Face too, but neither cause the full memory erasure.

Which leads me to the primary question: Can I use affliction to give an NPC the ability to use affliction on others with amnesia (specific to memories of the NPC), and force the NPC to use it at all times for the duration of the affliction?

Alternately, does anyone know of a leveled version of Forgettable Face? Slapping an NPC with ten levels of that would hreatly complement the Zeroed, and would be mechanically cleaner, even if other senses wouldn’t be affected.

No, They're not.

A nested affliction that forces the user to have it on at all times is a legal build: afflictions can be built to give the afflictor control of them. You will want to build it in such a way that it hits people via use. I'm not sure if that's an aura or a reflexive emanation.
