Bizarre Unarmed Defender rule
 

Suggestion: "A character using the Brawling or Unarmed Combat talents can do a barehanded defend against barehanded or armed attacks of their own talent points or less."

So a character with Brawling or UC I can defend against a dagger, but not a sword (used by someone with the Sword talent) and not against a Dagger expert (Knife(1) + Weapon Expertise(Knife) (3))

At UC III(4 total points) you can defend against an expert Dagger(4), but not an expert Sword(5), and so on.
