Monster level
 

When a monster has a bonus or penalty against a munchkin does that change the monster's level? What about if a monster enhancer is used?

Some race and class get bonuses if they defeat monsters over a certain level.

Is a monster's level always the number printed on the card?

If not what can change a monsters level?

A monster's Level doesn't change unless a card specifically says it does. Otherwise, all bonuses and penalties only affect a monster's combat strength (Level plus all bonuses and penalties).
