I'll keep an eye out for it for you, it comes in the walgreens exclusive munchkin zombies set that has a unique label on the box

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to do that mate.
I had NO idea it came in that set... this is the last bookmark/promo I've been looking for and I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

I've ordered one and it's on it's way to me in the UK.

As above comment, what are the five promos? Presumably ones that we all have from elsewhere?

I don't remember what 5 cards it comes with and I can't find any reference to it online. They might have unique url's on them but the cards themselves are not unique.

...absolutely thrilled to get that bookmark! I'd been looking for it for SO long, emailing all sorts of folk. Thanks man.

As for the five cards, it's just five generic promos I think (not Zombie related or with special marks).
