Levitation
Levitation allows the subject to move at 3.
How does this work? Is that move 3 instead of a step? So they step 3 yards? Move 3 for a move only? Can they move on a change posture? Do they still move when they 'stand up' in the air? |

For someone else under control of the spell, I would give them an effective move of zero and make it impossible to take steps. They can, of course, take the Wait maneuver if they expect to be in attack range before their next turn. They would suffer the apportation penalty of -3 to DX-based skills. For change posture, I would probably make it a freeby in either case with no movement cost. |

Re: Levitation
You have air Move 3, which works like any Move 3 . . . but in the air. As far as the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game goes, that's it. The big difference between having or not having control over that is whether you chose maneuvers normally (you have control) or you take whatever maneuver you like but cannot move while the caster takes Concentrate to move you on their turn.
