"each female who helps defeat him" mean there can be more than 1 helper?
Who take this Treasure? Helper-female or main player? If main player is female, she takes extra Treasure?

No. But if two female munchkins work together to defeat him, each gets an extra Treasure.

Each female munchkin who fights the MCP gets to take an extra Treasure after the Treasure for the combat is drawn.

Cards supersede rules and this card specifically says each female munchkin gets a Treasure.

Wizard card says "take its Treasures", but this Treasures always take main player, not helper.
I thought there is general rule, that Treasures always gets main player.

Again, the MCP is specific that EACH female munchkin gets an extra Treasure. This is the official ruling.
