Word of Power

I seem to recall there was a Perk called "Word of Power" that gave +1 to one of your spells once per day. However, I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help a poor fellow out?

I'd say no. IDHMBWM, but as I recall, Secret Word can be used with any spell you know. Magery (One Spell) would be a very different ability. And even then, I'd probably disallow an upgrade from Secret Word to Magery, as it has a different flavor – but that's totally up to the GM and what does Magery represent in-game.
