Munchkin Marvel: Naked Cloak & Dagger?!?

The "Cloak and Dagger" Portal card state that players wearing primarily white go up a level, and the inverse if wearing primarily black. So what's the verdict in the player is naked?

I promise everybody, this is neither clickbait, nor am I trolling. I actually need a ruling for this...

You are wearing neither primarily white nor primarily black, so your Level doesn't change.
