You can not to fight and take 1 Treasure.
You take Treasure immediately or after (and IF) you win this fight?
Card say "Draw a Treasure card."

As in all such cases, you do not draw the Treasure until the combat is over, and if you have to Run Away, you have to leave the Treasure behind.
