Dungeon box

How do you store your dungeon cards? Anyone has a 3d print scheme for it? Since boxes of holding 2 are impossible to get, how do you do it?

Regards!

The upcoming Munchkin Monster Box has one well sized perfectly for Dungeon cards.

I just opened my new Munchkin Monster Box from Warehouse 23 and it's a really nice box. It's still cardboard, but much heavier than other boxes, more like the Munchkin Quest box for weighty-ness. It has two plastic trays. The molded plastic wells are laid out well. They are just a bit shorter than the cards so that you can get tightly packed cards out easily. The upper tray hovers just above the cards and holds them in while you're opening and closing the box so they don't flop around. I wish they would put a smaller version of this style plastic tray in the Deluxe editions, but I understand costs.

The only thing I'd change would be more room for accessories. If you have an excessive amount of bigger Munchkin Dice or Munchkin Counters or Munchkin Meeples or Munchkin Kill-O-Meters, Munchkin Imaginary Friends, (you get the idea) the Munchkin Monster Box could use another big, deep well for the odd-sized larger pieces. I might buy another one to use without trays for larger Munchkin stuffs.

P.S. I also cashed in my Boom! Comic Book codes and got the treasure chest jackpot of Promo cards to fill up my box with!

Re: Dungeon box

I just got my Monster Box yesterday. It's the Ian McGinty one, so it goes perfectly with my guest artist edition.

My one complaint, however, is that the monster box does not accommodate the game board that came with my GAE. I ended up having to just set it on top of the plastic tray, but now the lid doesn't shut all the way. It's very frustrating considering it seems it would have been easy to include a place for it.

Re: Dungeon box

My thought was, "Hey, it's big enough to hold a Deluxe board!" The box is tall enough that a 1/4" of lift is not enough to cause the lid to fly off accidentally, nor is it enough to bother me or my wife (we've been told we're borderline OCD, at least when it comes to the organization of our games and gaming supplies). Realistically, you could probably get more than two boards in there and not have a problem with the lid coming off.

Re: Dungeon box

So... how many boxes do I need to handle:

Apocalypse GAE + expansion
Booty + expansion + booster
Star + 2 expansions + booster
Zombies + all expansions
Cthulu + all expansions
Legends + 1 expansion
Normal + 1 expansion + 6.5

2 will be enough ?

Regards!

Re: Dungeon box

Nevermind I made a count and I have 2250 cards aprox without dungeons... so 2 will be enough I guess :)

Thank you.

Any idea when will this be available in Europe? The shipping costs for the box are the same price as the box :(

Regards

I do not know whether any of our translation partners are bringing the Monster Box into their lines. Esdevium in the UK may be selling it; I'll check on that.

Unfortunately, shipping from the United States to Europe is extremely expensive (not as bad as some other countries, however).

I ended up just leaving the clear plastic covers off completely, which gives me enough room to pack in a game board, two kill-o-meters, and an assortment of rules sheets (in a quart-sized ziploc). On the one hand, it's a bummer because I like those covers, but on the other hand this setup fits in the box perfectly.
