Fenris and blessing

Does blessing remove the effects of fenris (one fewer hand unless removed by a wishing ring)

No. Blessing does not remove Bad Stuff. Fenris' Bad Stuff can be lifted by a Wishing Ring because it specifically says so, not because it is a Curse.
