Cheat! question
 

Heres the scenario.

Player A: Summoner with Mirror item(Requires Summoner class) in play with lv 20 shiva the destroyer.
Player B: Plays Pocket swap on Mirror item(Requires Summoner class) and plays cheat so that he can use the item instead of being a summoner. And keeps Shiva with the mirror.

Is this allowed?

You're talking about the Lens of Galundari, just for clarity's sake.

Pocket Swap wouldn't work in this case, because the Summoner was using the Lens. Pocket Swap only lets you trade Items that are not being used. That said, if you had some other way of snatching the Lens, you could use Cheat! to equip it even if you were not a Summoner.

The card is silent on this issue (because, honestly, I never thought of it), but I'm going to rule that stealing the Lens from another player frees the trapped monster.
