Can I ask for help without joining my combat?

e.g. helper don't join my combat. just use his card for help me.
And then I give a bribe like a normal "ask for help".
or I get the all treasures and i give my cards for a bribe (like a trading).

is it allowed?

Anyone may play cards to help you, but that's not "Helping" as defined in the rules. If someone does, you can trade them a card or play a card, if those are otherwise legal plays, but for someone to claim a share of your Treasure, they have to actually be Helping (meaning they are in the combat).
