That doesn't seem to follow. The "Snatcher" ability is the ability to make a change in what objects are present. Once you've made the change, the objects should stay present until their inherent duration limit has expired.

By that logic Healers' patients would unheal when switching to an alternate ability.

Give him the ability to track items he's snatched across dimensional lines and villains who port to alternate Earths.

While alternate earths do exist they don't play a major part in the setting. His Snatcher power accounts for about 90% of trans-dimension travel.

Also the Permanent enhancement specifically says items do not disappear when the power is used again.
