Flaming Motorcycle?
 

I am unfamiliar with the "Vehicle Rules", so please excuse this question if it comes out as utterly stupid.

We are playing Zombies, with the Armed & Dangerous expansion, and my sister-in-law had the Atomic Zombie Mojo (making anything in her hands on fire and +1), and the item in her hands was the Motorcycle (which clearly states to ignore all vehicular rules if not playing with an expansion that includes vehicles or steeds).

Do we still ignore the rules concerning the vehicle, and her Motorcycle is essentially on fire? Or, because it's a vehicle, does it count differently?

Nothing about the Vehicle rules removes any other requirements. In this case, the Motorcycle is a Hand item, so an Atomic Zombie would get the bonus.
