Calling your shots
What defensive bonus would an opponent get if you told them beforehand where you're going to hit. E.g. in the movie Billy Jack, the title character tells someone he's going to kick him in the right side of the head and there's nothing you can do about it, then does so. Presumably you'd use Deceptive Attack to actually do it, but what would the bonus to their defense you'd have to overcome?

Yep, I'd just say it's automatically a telegraphic attack.

I wouldn't give a bonus. The target would be foolish to listen, as it might be a trick. Even combinations you've seen before only give a +1.
I might allow some kind of special defensive option or that would give a specific hit location +1 to defense, but as a cost of -1 to defenses in all other hit locations... but that would be independent of someone announcing a target. |

I would agree with the +2 for telegraphic attack, but as a nod to Matrix' complaint about fooling you once, I would also say that the defender would have to decide if they are going to use that +2 before the strike comes, and if the attacker IS bluffing, they get a -1 to defend on any other location.

In a cinematic game? Rapier Wit. Or just allowing a fast-talking based feint.

Telegraphic attack bonus.
Roll targets IQ or Detect Lies to figure out if the player's serious. If he succees he gets the bonus. If he fails, he's got a like penalty for distraction. |
