Super Munchkin vs. Donut Garden Witch
 

The Donut Garden Witch card says,

"Steals your powers! You cannot use any abilites from your Class or get bonuses Class-related items when in combat with her."

If you have Super Munchkin in with only one class card in play, do you lose your class abilities or does the Super Munchkin card allow you to use them despite the monster's text? Super Munchkin says you suffer none of the disadvantages of that class.

Any help here would be appreciated.

You lose them. Super Munchkin with a single Class means you don't get disadvantages based on having that specific Class; something that takes away ALL Class abilities isn't affected.
