How should multiple enhancers be handled when determining the new name of the monster?

Inverse order of play is how I always handle it with Monster Enhancers that would go in front of the name, by placing each new Monster Enhancer behind the card and any previous Monster Enhancers cards, offset so that the title is visible. That means if the Potted Plant was enhanced by Ancient, Enraged, and Humongous, in that order, it would be the Humongous Enraged Ancient Potted Plant. I do it this way because each following Enhancer modifies the previous whole.

Of course, for Monster Enhancers that go at the end of the name (e.g., . . . From Hell), I go in order of play, basically for the same reason.
