Adventure time Wand of disbusement
 

The card Wand of Disbursement states "Play during any combat" to banish a monster. But further down the text states "You don't go up levels, but do collect the treasures." The question is whether the "you" in the second statement effects the player who played the card or the player whom the card is affecting?

An effect like that will always affect the player who would be drawing the Treasure and gaining the levels when the combat is over, i.e., the player whose turn it is.
