Interesting Scenario Ideas

Just thought I would start a thread for ideas. I am making a custom scenario booklet and looking for interesting ideas.

I am working on a couple of solitare scenarios (have tested both multiple times) using normal infantry as space-dropped troops who fight against "Tarantuloids" (most units are indivisible 2-squad infantry counters with some minor rules modifications). The Tarantuloids move automatically and "pop out" of craters (tunnel entrances). Uses pocket ogre maps and countermix.

Interested in seeing these scenarios? Will you beta test them for me?

Sure, this sound interesting. I have the 6th edition so I shouldn't to many problems with lack of units. I like this idea, hadn't thought of making solitaire scenarios, but it is definitely a good idea.

I'm interested in the Battle of Gibraltar.

Ogre Miniatures tells us that in the "Battle of Gibraltar; Combine Ogres smash
Paneuropean Second Army and push into Spain, followed by conventional forces."

Gurps OGRE is useful detailing that "the Battle of Gibraltar was one of the key battles that pit Combine III-Bs against the Paneuropean Legionnaires."

The Icepick story/scenario mentions a couple of characters who were Gibraltar veterans and saw CPs smashed and Ogres coming out of the sea...

Yes this sounds quite interesting. Maybe two Mark III-B's attack a CP with 5-10 armor units that get reinforced by two Legionnaires?

I'm leaving town for a bit but will try to post in next couple of weeks.

I have a scenario which uses half of one map, and can be played in maybe half-an-hour -- it's set during Paneurope's final collapse, but could be any post-Last-War locale.

Sounds cool. Any chance I could get the specifics for that?
