Cards in play
 

First of all, Hello all got hooked on munchkin on New Years eve and brought munchkin and munchkin zombies.

Quick question about cards in play. The rules state they can be discarded or traded but not placed back in your hand. Can they be sold? Can they be added to other items being sold to make up to an extra level?

If the card doesn't have a Gold Piece value (which includes the phrase "No Value") then it cannot be sold for levels. If it does, then it can. You can toss in as many "No Value" items as you want, if for some reason you just wanted to get rid of them, so long as you are selling at least 1000 Gold Pieces worth of other Items.
