Using Items and Levels from others
 

I forget the name of the card but it stated to use the Level of the player to the right and the Items of the player to the left. And you can use your Race and Powers.

What about the One Time Use cards in your hand?

Without the name of the card, it's going to be difficult to answer that question. However, based on your short description, if you can't use your own Items, I would say that includes one-shots in your hand.

ok, found the card, its a Monster actually, a Level 4 Gregor.

Also this brought a couple more questions. If you use Items of the player to the left, we assume you can only use Items that you are valid for you to use? Or any items at all?
For example, the player to the left is a Mutant with a Neuronic Wrap (Usable by Mutants Only), however, you yourself are NOT a Mutant, can you still use that Item?

AND along with that question what if you ARE a Mutant Class but the Gregor card doesn't specify you can use your Class. Are you NOT a Mutant during this combat?

Gregor says you cannot use your own Items, and that includes your one-shots.

Nope.

Use your own Race, Class, Mojo, etc. Generally, card rules only take their current set into account; use your best judgment about how to resolve them in a mashup game.

So, I can't use one-shot items of player to my left and can't use my own one-shot items even from hand? Can I use non-items cards from hand?
Gregor's card text don't have explicit prohibition using one-shot items and cards.
