Curse! Chicken on Your Head & Wishing Ring
A player is Cursed with Chicken on Your Head and fights two monsters. Before (or maybe after) he decide to run away and before the rolls, can he play Wishing Ring on the Chicken to avoid the -1 penalty?
Can he play Wishing Ring on Chicken when he is running to escape, right before the roll for the second monster (again to avoid the -1 penalty for that monster)? |
Re: Curse! Chicken on Your Head & Wishing Ring
He can play Wishing Ring at any of those times. He cannot play it to change a roll retroactively, of course.

Speaking of chicken on your head...
We were playing this morning and I got a chicken on my head right out of the gates. I had no head gear at the time. Later on I got some head gear. Would I have been able to wear it or am I doomed to only have a chicken keeping my head toasty warm till I can get it removed? |
Re: Curse! Chicken on Your Head & Wishing Ring
Nothing in the Curse says you can't wear Headgear.

Yes - it's been covered before, and IIRC the reasoning was that the chicken IS your headgear, even if it doesn't prevent you from wearing another one. However, I think there were some caveats as to how the card was worded vs. whether you lost the chicken or not, so take a look at some of the posts from the last 2 months(?) to see either Andrew or Eric's official word on all the possibilities...
