[DF4] Quick Question About Pricing Manuals

I'm under pressure of deadline and need to make sure I'm doing this right. Looking at the rules for manuals, DF 4, pp. 13-14.

A very fine spellbook with 8 spells—is it worth $4,200 and weigh 24 lbs.?

It's worth $1,575, 24 lbs. for three spells. Add $2,625 for 5 extra spells makes it $4,200, 24 lbs.

Is that right? Or, am I doing it all wrong? ;-D

Thanks!

Checking it against the text and table in DF4.13/14 it looks correct to me.
I double checked both the table at the top of page 14, and the basic cost/weight and CF's for the various qualifiers.
$25/point; +3CF for Spellbooks, +17 CF for Very Fine, gives $25x(1+3+17=21)=$525 per point per spell;
8 Spells (each 1 point), = $525 x 8 = $4200

Weight is 12lbs (for a Thesis, since Textbooks only allow up to 2 points), double for Very Fine = 24 lbs.
