M:AT HOARD!

When it says draw three treasure, they are face down if you drew this card face down, does that mean you drawn from the face down treasure pile? For face up you draw from the discarded treasure because they are face up?

Also when fighting together with someone do we first decided who will get HOARD! and that person get the 3 treasure or would the person that was original fighting the monster get it cause he has to draw the treasure to give it out?

You only draw from the discards when something specifically says so. Drawing cards face-up means they come from the deck and everyone gets to see them before they go into your hand, while face-down means you do not have to show them before they go into your hand.

Hoard! resolves immediately. Discard it and draw three more face-up Treasures, then distribute all the Treasures according to the agreement previously reached.
