M:AT #4 Swap Identities
 

So, I'm Male/Flame Prince. The Person to my left is Female/Marceline. We swap identities - does this now mean I'm Female/Marceline, have swapped Genders and am at -5 my next combat? Or do I just flip the card over, stay male, but become Marshal Lee?

Sub question: If I do actually become the Gender of whatever the person on my left had face-up, what if they are B-MO? Does it count as a "-5 in your next combat" Gender Swap to go from Male to Genderless?

Here I would think you become the gender of the player character you are swapping with, but since the effect of the curse is the character swap (not specifically a gender swap) you would not be hit with the -5 to next combat (as that is specific to the gender swap curses).

You swap the identities as they are. No gender-based penalties apply because nothing on the Swap Identities card says they do.
