Glasses of Nerdicon double One Shot items.
Instant Bath Serum is a One Shot, flame attack that gives a +2.
Flame Princesses/Prince gives a +1 to items that are already flame attack items.

So, is this (+2+1)*2=6 or (+2*2)+1=5?

So Math!

*edit* - I forgot, Princess Bubblegum gets a +1 on all One Shots that give a combat bonus... so, same as above - is this +1 doubled if she is wearing the Glasses of Nerdicon?

From my understanding, the +1 provided by the character would not be doubled since it is a character bonus and the Glasses of Nerdicon only double the one-shot bonus.

I could also be playing this wrong :)

This is a more complicated answer than you might suspect.

The Flame Prince/Princess says, "...you get an extra +1 bonus for Items that already count as fire/flame attacks." So that means that, when you are playing the character, YOU get an extra +1 for Items that are already fire/flame; the Item doesn't get the bonus. In this case, therefore, the Glasses of Nerdicon doubles the bonus of the Instant Bath Serum, and then you add an additional +1 bonus.

Princess Bubblegum/Prince Gumball, on the other hand, says, "One-shot Items...are worth an extra +1 bonus." That means that the Item itself gets the additional +1, and so the Glasses of Nerdicon *would* double the bonus.
