Munchkin Booty Unique Dice

I have a first edition first printing of Munchkin Booty from 2008 complete with a standard die. I was wondering if there was anyway to purchase a Munchkin Booty Die without purchasing a new box of Munchkin Booty? I found the old +10 Bag o' Munchkin that is out of print, but was unsure of any other alternatives existed?
