Classes/Races question

Hello! I have a question:

Well, so if you are a dwarf and lose your race, you'll need to get rid of your big items, trying to sell (and correct me if i'm wrong, but it's not possible to sell items just to get rid of them at level 9) or giving to another player who can carry them, but if you play another dwarf class immediately after the curse, can you keep you big item? this question is valid for every other race/class specific items. Let's say you are a Halfling and you are using a halfling-only item, and you are in the middle of a combat. Then, someone plays "Curse! Lose your race!", forcing you to unnequip the halfling-only item. If you play the halfling class immediately after that, can you keep the item equiped?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can.

As a general rule, if you are placed in a situation where your Items in play are illegal, you have to do something to make the situation legal again. Playing a new Class or Race matching the one you just lost is a way to make your setup legal.

Re: Classes/Races question

Quick question does that go for double mojo cards in zombies when you lose lose your mojo card and without a mojo card you lose your d.m. But you have a mojo to replace the lost one. do you get to keep d.m. This could be the same question for super munchkin card.

Re: Classes/Races question

No, because both Double Mojo and Super Munchkin say you lose that card when you lose all your Mojos or Classes. There's no escape clause to make them legal again like there is for too many Big items.

Bear in mind this however: You can only play a Class or Race on your turn, or if you just received the card. If you're in combat as a helper, you can't play a new Race or Class since it is not your turn, and you no longer get a bonus from the Items you had in play that are usable only by a Race or Class you just lost.
