I know it cannot be used on curses theft etc. But is there a limit on how many you can pick up as epic dwarf, or how many you can pick up at the same time..

Epic Dwarves have no limit to their hand size, so it only makes sense that one with the Transmogrification Power from Munchkin Bites! could pick up as many cards as they wanted to.

As for picking up multiple cards at once, that would seem to be OK, but I'd use the timing of physically lifting each card off the table to determine order of actions if people are trying to Curse you or steal from you before you pick them up after a combat or whatever.
