Munchkin Legends - Loki's lose class/race ability

Scenario:

Player A has Halfbreed with Dwarf and Halfling
Player A kicks open the door and gets Loki

What happens?

Does he:
1. Lose one race (Halfling OR Dwarf)
2. Lose all races including Halfbreed

He loses both Race cards and Half-Breed too. The instruction, "Lose your Race," always results in you losing all your Race cards when you have multiple.
