I might be a heretic here but has anyone ever done a scenario where the zone minds work together to 'manage' the world using the cover of a government or corporate special operations team?

While we are on the subject of anniversaries: in 1997, the year Reign of Steel was published, the computer Deep Blue defeated the chess grandmaster Gary Kasparov. It was the first time a computer beat a reigning chess champion in a match under tournament conditions.
