Does the curse 'Tiny Hands' ever apply to items of type big on a cheat card or similar?

Curse! Tiny Hands does not apply to Big Items. It says that you can not carry (i.e., have in play), any 2 Hands Items. That means you can't have any Item that requires 2 Hands in front of you on the table, whether you are using it or not.

Does this apply to any 2 hands items on any cheat cards actively in play?

The Curse says you can't have it, but Cheat! says you can have an Item that you otherwise could not legally have, so yes, Cheat! would protect such an Item.
