time warp & plot devise (star)

Can I cancel Plot Device by using Time Warp?
Time Warp canceling one-shot items, but Plot Device has no "Usable once only" lettering.
on the other hand, Wand of Dowsing is makes the same, but it has "Usable once only" since 24th Printing

I'd allow it, given the following FAQ ruling on WoD:

Although the logic is not fully complete, as the FAQ is only saying that the card is played like a one-shot, not that it is one. The intention seems to clearly be that it is one, though (especially now that it does include that text), which would imply Plot Device should be considered a one-shot Item too.

This is logical, but not officially
Of course, I can play Plot Device like a one-shot. But can I use Time Warp to cancel Plot Device?

Official erratum: Plot Device is supposed to say "Usable once only." It does in our database; I don't know why the fix was not made on the card, too.
