Monster with -1 to runaway; applied to each monster in combat?

A monster like jungle dragon has a -1 to runaway and another monster is added forcing you to runaway. Is that -1 applied to the added monster as well as the jungle dragon?

Each modifier to Run Away rolls only pertain to the Monster being Run Away from. Just because the Snails on Speed are fast (-2 to Run Away) doesn't mean all other Monsters are fast too.

In combat, you face the Monsters together, so all of their weird rules combine. However, when you're Running Away, you run from each Monster separately, so unless a Monster specifically says its penalty to Run Away applies to all the Monsters, a Monster-based penalty to Run Away only applies to that Monster.
