Hootenanny GBM-2

Hootenanny get bonus against Cavalry or anyone who has a Steed.
If I am Cavalry and has a Stees, do Hootenanny get bonus twise?
If I am Cavalry and my helper has a Steed or vice versa?

The bonus is +8 (two sets of +4) in both of your examples.

Monsters that get a bonus against two different things have those bonuses stack if both are present. However, each bonus for a thing only counts once, so multiple Cavalry or multiple Steeds will only be +4 each.
