Limitation for "requires human sacrifice"?
Let's say I'm creating a summon demon spell as an "Ally always available, summonable, minion, unusual powers" and I want to put a limitation that it requires a human sacrifice (illegal, risky, etc.) What would be the limitation's value? Would the price reduction come after figureing the total cost of the summons? If not, it would hardly have any effect since the "summonable" alone is +100%.

Trigger (Rare, Illegal, -60%) along with Preparation Required (1 hour, -50%).

Humans usually aren't rare.

Nor are humans necessarily protected by law, depending on the local government, and/or if slavery is allowed.

The OP says that human sacrifice is illegal and risky. I am pretty sure we can assume we are talking about a setting that is more like medieval Europe than an industrial Aztec empire.
