Charity when a player is tied for lowest.
Regarding Charity, imagine that 2 players are tied in last place and it's the turn of one of them and he has 6 cards in the end when his turn is over, does he give 1 card to the other player that's with him on the lowest level or does he discard it to the discard pile?
Still on the Charity phase, if 2 players are tied in the lowest level and another player has to give 1 card to Charity on the end of it's turn who does receive the card? We were giving the card to the player that had the lowest combat strength of the 2 tied in the lowest level, is this correct or does the Player giving the card chooses the one that receives it or does he discard it to the pile? |
Re: Charity when a player is tied for lowest.
The rules explicitly state that if you're tied for lowest level at the end of your turn, then you discard any excess cards from your hand. They also make it clear that if a player is giving Charity to more than one player, he must do his best to do so evenly, but that in the end, the choice is still in the hands of the player giving Charity who gets which cards and who would be getting the extra. In other words, there is no official arbitrary formula or rule for who should get the extra card.

Re: Charity when a player is tied for lowest.
My group likes to have the players who are tied for lowest roll for each card.
