Usable Only Once cards
 

So cards like friendship potion and the polymorphing parrot (forgot what it is called) say that is can only be used once
So does that mean its usable once and then taken out of the game forever ?
or is it that each player can use it once and after that it is just selling material

Friendship Potion, Pollymorph Potion and all other "usable once" cards are used once, usually during a combat, and then discarded.

so it is possible for the same player to use it again if he/she draws it then

useable only once referring to is you were to be fighting 2 monsters, can only use it on one monster?

It's not necessarily all that easy to draw from the discard pile, however. But, if the discards are shuffled back in to make a new deck, or if some card lets you take a card from the Treasure discard pile, then, yes, it's possible that any player might end up getting a one-shot card and would then be able to use it.

It depends. Many one-shot Items (those that say "usable once only") affect one side or the other in combat, so they don't affect one Monster or one player, specifically. Either way, a one-shot card is played once and then discarded once its effect has completed.

but ultimately, once it is used it goes to the discard pile
and after that if it is drawn again, any player can use it

there is no limit as to how many times a player uses it as long as they discard it after use, and then draw it again
