Illuminati: please help
 
so i brought the illuminati deleux edition last week and i still couldnt understand how to play it even though i read the booklet but i couldnt understand anything.

You may want to edit your thread title to include the name of the game. That might get you some more exposure.

I don't have anything offhand, but this summary pdf of the turns on boardgame geek might help to clarify some stuff (especially the last page).

I don't see much in the way of "How to Play" videos out there (not sure how much of that would start infringing on rights, though).

Considering it usually takes me a good 15-20 minutes to teach (though from the very handy back of the rulebook summary), I don't think anyone's spent the time to make a video of teaching the game out there.

The best I can say is to take a fresh look at the rulebook and start with the Sequence of Play at the back of the rulebook followed by the Action Summary and use the rest of the rulebook to expand upon these actions. You may find that this summary is enough to make the game flow click with you.

The summary posted by GranitePenguin is also useful to clarify the flow of a turn.

While it may take a bit of time to digest the rules, you'll find that it's a tight ruleset that has helped it to endure all these years.
