Can the French accent be used for evil?

If I have the French accent in Munchkin Booty, can I charm ze rival to bring someone into a combat we cannot win just so the other player must run away or suffer the bad stuff?

Provided they are the opposite sex and there are not enough levels at stake that you would win the game if you were to win the combat, then sure, you could force somebody into a battle with Charm ze Rival, even if you will certainly lose.
