How would you stat Hikuta in GURPS?

Don't know what the actual training is like (could be Art or could be actual Combat skill, depending on the principles and teaching method) but it sounds like it's coupled with Delusion: My martial art is the ultimate fighting style. I'd judge the severity of that delusion based on how blatantly wrong the assertion is. It's one thing to be a competent fighter with an exaggerated opinion of one's prowess, it's another to be the dupe of a dishonest instructor, flailing his arms and calling it "fighting".

I don't think we have to stat anything. We just have to give it to our Munchkin players, and they'll do the rest for us. After all, they're paragons of realistic depiction and rational understanding. Just like the author of that article.
