That'd only need one successful attack though. (Cyclic, Per Second, One Cycle) isn't worth a modifier ... though I suppose you could half-level (Cyclic, Per Second, Two Cycles, +100%) it at +50%, but that is essentially (Cosmic, Only Needs Brief Contact, +50%).

I always read the number of Cycles is the number of times the attack does damage in addition to the On-Hit damage. To make something behave like the Curse of Doom, one would probably need to add Onset, Fixed time, +0%.
