Munchkin...etc...etc...etc...
So I was thinking. We now have: Munchkin, Star Munchkin, Munchkin Fu, Munchkin Bites!, Super Munchkin, Munchkin Impossible, Munchkin Cthulhu, Munchkin Western, and Munchkin Booty.
With so many genres out there I thought maybe we could make a list of ideas to throw at SJGames for more Munchkin. Let’s make these suggestions for expansion for the game realistic, ok? So I will start. 1) Munchkin Mecha 2) Pulp Munchkin 3) Munchkin Conspiracy |

Mecha is typically in the anime department, and there's plenty o' room for anime in Fu. More so than in Star Munchkin, which has so many other sources for material that aren't mecha/anime.

Re: Munchkin...etc...etc...etc...
I think Munchkin Impossible is a great set, because it's a game almost all players can imagine the setting (everyone has seen action movies with spies in it). The other sets require a bit more imagination or geek-factor. When I introduce Munchkin to others, I use M:I because of the above (and because the set is quite balanced IMHO). Although I haven't played it yet, I think that Muchkin Booty and The Good, the Bad and the Munchkin are also great for starting players.
Maybe a new set should be something closely related to the real world, like the suburbs of a big city (where races are names of gangs and classes specific functions in the gang, like 'gettaway driver' who can have 2 vehicles or something, or 'grafitti tagger', who get's double the bonus of spray cans (one shots)). Players can instantly feel the ambiance and join in. Title: Street Munchkin?

I always thought a cartoon munchkin (with an anime expansion) would be a good genre to mock.

Phantom Of The Dungeon. 3: Munchkin The Motion Picture. The Wrath Of Erik. How The Munchkin Looted Christmas X-Munchkin. The last stand. X-Munchkin ‘The last stand 2‘. This time we mean it. A friend and I wanted to do Munchkin High - Munchkins in high school. Motivated by her being a teacher. You could have classes, such as Jock or Nerd. Items such as the Number 2 pencil. I'm sure there's tons of ideas that could be used. Plus, everyone would be able to get the jokes.
Though I'd prefer another expansion for Bites. |

Yeah, I'd like to see another Bites. ^^
Although I had an idea for more Blenders, all based on variations of a theme that could be added to any game. Like new classes, generic powers, curses, or even going beyond that sets designed to be mixed into another game that are based on a concept like, say, anthro animals. |
