[Powered by GURPS] Instructions please

Dear gentlemen,

I have some issues about Powered by GURPS license. I read http://www.sjgames.com/poweredbygurps/ but still have doubts.

1.- Is PbG a license? Where i can get license rules?

2.- If i am a publisher and i want to write and publish a set compatible with GURPS rules and using the label Powered by GURPS, what i need to do?

3.- I need to pay something to SJ Games to use the label PbG or the rules?

4.- I need to ask permission or consult SJ Games to publish a PbG book?

No, PbG is not a license.

You'll need to contact licensing@sjgames.com for a license to use GURPS. Note that for certain languages, other parties already have exclusive licenses.
