New Technique: Twirl Wedgie of Doom

Inspired by this little gem, I present the newest Silly Technique:

Twirl Wedgie of Doom
Tech/H
Defaults: Spear-7. Cannot exceed Spear-3 skill.

The Twirl Wedgie of Doom is an attack with a spear to the buttocks with just enough force to grab hold of your opponent's undergarments. A quick twirl is added to the attack at the moment it grabs said garments, and constricts them into a very painful wedgie. Your opponent must succeed on a roll of HT-(margin of success) or be temporarily affected by terrible pain to the groin as the garments constrict into sensitive areas.

It must be noted that this affects opponents of either gender; males receive a constriction around the scrotum, while females receive a very painful cameltoe (for lack of a cleaner descriptive name).
