Default A couple questions

1. Can I use cheat on one time only cards? I would think yes because it is a card you can't usually play

2. Can you have two elf cards if you use the Old Edition? Also, can you have the mutant class and the mutant race together with the old edition?

1) No, you can't use the cheat card on one time only cards.

2) No, you can't have two elf cards if you use th Old Edition. If you mean then mutant class from Super Munchkin and the mutant race from Star Munchkin, yes you can have them together. You can not double up on any race or class cards using old edition.

Mostly not.
The Cheat card removes restrictions.
Thus a man can use it to use Female Only items, or use an extra Hand, or don 2 headgear, &c.

And remember that Cheat can _only_ be used on _Items_ _you_ have in play.

No, and yes.
You can never have 2 of the same Race cards in play, neithet can you have two of the same Class cards in play at the same time.

But you may have the Mutant _Race_ card, and the Mutant _Class_ card in play. Which means you have to combine Munchkin and Super Munchkin.

Semi-related question, with, say, Half-Breed or 1/3rd Breed, can you have two of the same race then?

No. An individual player can not have more than one of a Class or Race in play, and I can not think of a card that lets you get around that.

Well, in theory, you could double-up on the benefits. If you could, for instance, manage to have two Warrior cards in play, then one could argue that you could discard a total of six cards - three for each - to give yourself a +6 in combat.

Personally, I just like the idea of the fearsome Werehuman: "My mother was a human, and my father was...a human! Observe as I shift into my fearsome half-human, half-human battle form! Fear my demented wrath!"

I did make my own card (cards overide rules) that lets you do this.

Well, because that is the rule and and also what is intended by the creator. I also believe that very topic was covered in the very first edition of the FAQ, oh so many years a go, but since I don't have change tracking on the thing, it's tough to tell. It was on there when I first looked at it, to be sure.

But, in reality, you only get the benefit of being an Elf or a Cleric (or any other Race or Class or Style or Power or Training) once. The wording on the cards is strong enough to imply as much, so even if you could have two cards in play, it wouldn't help you.
