Default "Dreamer" Augmentation Process

This character has undergone extensive brain surgery and brain tissue grafts (Gurps Bio Tech p.71; Psionics p.83), meson restructuring or a similiar ^Tech brain augmentation (similiar perhaps to the Atlantean implants in Gurps Conspiracy X p.187).
Whatever the technique may be, the result is mixed - while the character does have increased neural activity (some of which related to psionic potential), there's the risk of unbalancing side effects.
The nickname "Dreamer" comes from the tendency of this character to live in a world of his own (see below). Considering the Backlash, "Puke Boy" would be at least as accurate, but that sounds less heroic, for some reason.

"Dreamer" Augmentation Process [+200]

Attributes: ST+1 [+10]; HT +2 [+20]; Move +1 [+5]; Speed +0,5 [+10]
Advantages: Eyes like a Cat [+35]; Mind like Steel [+36]; Unstoppable [+32]; Enhanced Brain Activity [+82]
Disadvantages: On The Edge [-15], as well as [-15] CP out of Phantom Voices, Overconfidence, Impulsiveness, Delusions, Flashbacks

Eyes like a Cat [+35]
Per +2 [+10]; Telescopic Vision 2 [+10]; Discriminatory Smell [+15]

Mind like Steel [+36]
Less Sleep 3 [+6]; Combat Reflexes [+15]; Resistant/Psi +8 [+15]

Unstoppable [+32]
Very Rapid Healing [+15]; High Pain Treshold (only at 0HP or more –30%) [+7]; DR 10 (Ablative –80%) [+10]
Note: The character can more or less ignore the first few hits (due to his ablative DR). He only feels pain when reduced to a negative HP score.

Enhanced Brain Activity [+82]
This is really the Body Control Power with a special Power Modifier. I suggest (Psi -10%; Resistible Backlash: Retching -25%), but other kinds of Resistible Backlash are just as possible (RB: Hallucinations -25% would go well with the delusional mindset, while RB: Daze -25% would make for a nice fugue-like state). In any case, the Power Modifier comes down to (EBA -35%).
The listed abilities are just examples, of course.

Body Control Power (EBA –35%)
Body Control Talent 1 [+5]
ER 6 (Psi Only –10%, Recharge 1point/hour –20%) [+13]

Regeneration/Very Fast (EBA -35%; All-Out –25%; Costs 2FP/sec –20%) [+20]
Lifting ST +4 (EBA –35%) [+8]
Super Jump 1 (EBA –35%) [13/lvl]
Enhanced Ground Move 1 (EBA –35%) [13/lvl]
Enhanced Dodge 1 (EBA –35%) [+10]

An interesting alternative would perhaps be a Irresistible Backlash: Pain, but this would need more fiddling with the numbers. Anyway, Brain Modification is a staple of scifi, so I guess one could modify this part quite a bit.

I don't think the limitation put on HPT is very limiting; instead I would suggest for this package Regeneration (Slow) [10] instead of Very Rapid Healing, use unmodified HPT [10], and then the remaining two points difference between the two packages could be used for an additional level of Less Sleep, or 2 extra points of Ablative DR.

Modeling it this way could also save another couple of points, as for your Regeneration: Very Fast (part of the Body Control Power), you'd be paying the difference between Regeneration (Slow) and Regeneration (Very Fast). This would be 90, with -80% limitations, for a total of 18.

Actually, with the 4 points saved above, one would only need one additional point to be able to afford the Fit [5] advantage, which would seem to be very useful with this character. I would also suggest that Costs Fatigue 4 per minute (-20%) or Limited Use (3-4; -20%) would be a more cost-effective limitation on the Regeneration (Very Fast) than Costs Fatigue 2 per second (-20%).

Overall, this is nicely done, and would make an interesting character.

"Dreamer" Augmentation Process V2.0 [+200]

Attributes: ST+1 [+10]; HT +2 [+20]; Move +1 [+5]; Speed +0,5 [+10]
Advantages: Eyes like a Cat [+35]; Mind like Steel [+36]; Unstoppable [+25]; Enhanced Brain Activity [+80]; Combat Instinct [+9]

Combat Instinct [+9]
Luck: (Aspected: Combat -20%; Unreliable (11) -20%) [+9]

Mind like Steel [+36]
Less Sleep 3 [+6]; Combat Reflexes [+15]; Resistant/Psi +8 [+15]

Unstoppable [+25]
Regeneration, Slow [+10]; High Pain Treshold [+10]; DR 5 (Ablative –80%) [+5]

Enhanced Brain Activity [+82]
(...)
Body Control Power (EBA –35%)

Body Control Talent 1 [+5]
ER 6 (Psi Only –10%, Recharge 1point/hour –20%) [+13]

Regeneration/Very Fast (EBA -35%; All-Out –25%; Costs 2FP/sec –20%) [+18]
Lifting ST +4 (EBA –35%) [+8]
Super Jump 1 (EBA –35%) [13/lvl]
Enhanced Ground Move 1 (EBA –35%) [13/lvl]
Enhanced Dodge 1 (EBA –35%) [+10]

Further Notes: I did as Gnomes suggested. The HPT is now unlimited, VRH is replaced with Reg/Slow, and this also makes the Reg/Very Fast cheaper. I also reduced the Ablative DR and added Combat Luck, to simulate a certain uncanny instinct. Everything else remained unchanged.
