Default Headquarters and Special Abilities Enhancement

Quick question on building a Headquarters per Supers p85.

You can apply the Special Abilities enhancement (p. B73) to get something more sophisticated. +50% if you have an unusual location (in a cave, underwater, in outer space); use defenses, security, or camouflage that arenít legal for civilians (LC0-2); or donít register it with the legal authorities (LC2-3). +100% if your headquarters has magical or superscience traits.
If I want a Headquarters in Space, with illegal defenses and Superscience traits... would you be paying +200% or is that all covered by the +100% for Superscience traits?
