Warzone by Excelsior Games; Didn't happen?

I'm probably a little late on this. I had heard a while back that Excelsior Entertainment was going to pick-up the old Warzone line.

I kinda forgot about it for a while, and when I went looking around recently, Execlsior Games appears to have dissapeared. The Website is gone, and I can't find anything on Warzone except a few of the old edition books on ebay.

Does anyone know what happened to Excelsior Entertainment? Or if there's any chance of someone else picking up the Warzone line?

I heard they're gone dude. And most likely, Warzone is too.

Hmmm. Collectible miniatures game? Does that mean it's gonna be another one of these like the 'clix games, or the starwars miniatures game (over simplified rules and having to buy "starter" and "booster" packs)?

If so, I'll be greatly dissapointed.
